The great thing about Chris, my coach, is that he is unique, he is true, he is amazing and innovative. He is funny, wise, compassionate and he is the voice of nature. I don’t know how he does it, but he is not just a coach I hear from once a week. He is just like an angel, in every leaf of a tree you look at, in every smile you give to others and he is that sparkle that falls onto your shoulders if you dare dreaming your own dreams. Chris Walker is also vulnerable and human. He lives his talk, he walks his walk. He falls sometimes too, and admits it, but the love he spreads around him makes him stand back up in no time. My coach is real.

I have been working with Chris for over two years now. After having made a large change to our business, I was looking for a personal coach outside of the organization who I could feel comfortable with to bounce ideas and challenges off. As a leader of an organisation going through a massive change, I found it of huge benefit to be able to confide in someone like Chris in every day challenges, whether it be business or personal related. Since having started with Chris, I feel more confident in my leadership style. I have since enrolled a couple of my Leadership Team members through this same coaching program and have engaged with Chris to run a full day “VIP” workshop. This is a workshop designed purely to bring a leadership team together in helping define what the key priorities for taking the business to the next level are and helping define what to let go of. A workshop that I would highly recommend for any team!

Recently, a team member asked me how it was possible for me to do all my training, be a full-time single mum, work full-time, and not look stressed. And i thought straight away about you, Chris, and that I needed to tell you thank you again, thank you today, yesterday, tomorrow, forever, for appearing in my life and helping me be this 360 degrees woman on this earth. I am proud of all the things I fit into my life and getting more and more of them to be the things that are my path and cleaning up the others that aren’t. Chris has helped me more than anyone to change my life at work and at home. I’m now happier and healthier, plus the new job I landed during the process was final proof that investing in time with Chris has paid for itself many times over.

It took me 2 months to finally set up the call, mainly to tick the box and so dismiss it. When I hung up the phone I was literally shaking with inspiration. And it continues...
