All mental health problems are caused by loss of vision. The VIP process is designed to help you stay on track and make sure that your mental health is 100% fantastic. I can’t over emphasise the importance of the VIP process in doing two things; the first is to inspire you to find balance in all seven aspects of life. The second is to encourage you to expand your vision as you achieve one level to expand to the next and keep yourself growing as a human being.
