Step 1. Heal: Rebuild Your Broken Mojo

Broken Mojo happens in two ways: burnout from using too much energy without restoring it, or a lack of energy production due to emotional or mental strain. The first step in healing broken Mojo is recognizing where the depletion is happening. Are you burning out by pushing yourself too hard, or is your energy low because of stress and emotional fatigue?

Healing starts with coaching helping you to restore balance. If burnout is the cause, you need to slow down, rest, and recover. If emotional or mental strain is the issue, it's about healing those inner wounds. This is where coaching for mental clarity and emotional resilience come in. By nurturing your mental and emotional health, you restore the balance needed to start building Mojo again.
